Our Team

Our first order of business is research. Why do teachers want to enter or stay in the field? Why do some leave? What can we do to advocate and make change for teachers to remain in the profession?​

Then, we get to work. We design lesson plans, curricula, professional development opportunities, and podcast episodes to help teachers build capacity, encourage districts to develop inclusive policies, and advise governments to provide supports for educators, including competitive wages.
